To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Free Tier: Limited features available at no cost.

Pro Subscription: Paid monthly subscription with additional features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
• Attempt to overwhelm or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to abuse free tier limits

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TrustScan and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Scan results will be 100% accurate or complete
• The Service will meet all your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
